    Rumor has it an uniden­ti­fied back­pack was found in front of the con­trol room. Street traf­fic rerout­ed, bomb squad on the way.

    Build­ing secu­ri­ty came by to con­firm we all work in the build­ing. Not real­ly allowed to leave, but they’re not con­fis­cat­ing cel phones or vio­lat­ing human rights.

    Wan­dered off. Watched a cop yell threat­en­ing­ly at civil­ians a few blocks away. Kept walk­ing. Came back a while lay­er. Watched the yel­low tape come down again. Sort of anticlimactic.
